Aurangabad Industrial Township Limited (AITL) a SPV between the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) invites Request for Qualification (RFQ-cum-RFP) from reputed Developers for AITL’s Housing Project at AURIC, Aurangabad. The salient features of the project, eligibility criteria and prescribed formats for submission can be accessed in the RFQ-cum-RFP document given below

As part of the development, on-ground infrastructure work at Shendra(viz. Phase I) has already commenced and is in advanced stages of development. The master plan of Shendra with broad area

The major milestones achieved for the project have been highlighted below:
– 40.18 sq.km (4018 Hectares) of Land has been acquired to date
– MOEF Clearance has been obtained for 40.18 sq km
– Preliminary Design Completed for 40.18 sq.km
– Approval of cost estimates of INR 7,947 Cr and budget by DMICDC Trust
– Awarded INR 725 cr of EPC contracts and currently another INR 1,500 Cr in bidding stage
– Approval by Mahatransco Board for the construction 220KV substation in Shendra and
Bidkin



Objective of the RFQ-CUM-RFP
As part of Shendra, AITL has earmarked approx. 15 acres of land for development of a housing project. AITL wishes to partner with reputed developers to develop housing at Shendra. The project will primarily consist of units with carpet area not exceeding 60 sq m (645 sq.ft). The project may be developed under the aegis of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) / affordable housing. Additional premium FSI up to 30% of base FSI may be purchased by the developer. In the above context, AITL wishes to invite RFQ-cum RFP from interested developers for allotment of land for construction and development of the housing project.
