Cold wave continues to sweep across Marathwada, Aurangabad records


The cold wave continued to sweep across this district and seven other districts of Marathwada region, with the minimum temperature hovering below 10 degrees
Celsius on Saturday.

According to officials in the local weather office, the lowest minimum temperature of 9.2 degree Celsius was recorded this morning in Aurangabad which was by far the lowest of this winter season.

Reports from other districts of the region also stated that low tempature was recorded in other seven districts.

The weather officials has forecast that the existing chilly condition would prevail for next few days until January, then it may subside gradually.
