Rs 152.24 cr approved for road works in Aurangabad

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday approved a grant of Rs 152.24 crore for works of internal roads in the city.
While making an announcement to this effect in Mumbai, state and district guardian minister Subhash Desai said that the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had submitted a proposal of Rs 263 crore for road works in Aurangabad city.
After a discussion between Mr Desai and the Municipal Development Minister Eknath Shinde in the presence of the Chief Minister, a grant of Rs 152.24 crore was approved, he said.
